Along with the Rooted Experience, Growth Groups are key to developing deep roots of community.
Following the example of the early church, Growth Groups gather to look more deeply into the weekend sermon teaching or choose from a selection of studies of the Word, to worship, to break bread in fellowship, to pray, and to serve.
Every member of the CenterPointe family is encouraged to complete the Rooted Experience and be active in a Growth Group.
Why Growth Groups?
- Growth Groups are small group s (usually 8 - 15 people each ).
- Groups gather regularly (2 - 4 times per month).
- Groups gather for the purpose of growing in Christlikeness, sharing life, serving and witnessing to the community.
- Groups are open ended, but flexible and adaptable in regard to multiplication, location, and leadership.
- Groups are led by equipped facilitators who have a heart for the Lord and for people.
